From signed contract to move-in ready is typically about 2 weeks. We deliver the materials to your property and our crew completes the build in 10 days.
Everything you need: pier or slab foundation, 2×4 framed structure, insulation, electrical with 2 outlets and 2 interior plus 2 exterior lights, LVP flooring, windows, french door, board & batten siding, and exterior paint in the color of your choice. Foundation type, site conditions, and the options you select affect the final price — we walk through all of it at the free on-site estimate.
Our studios are built as accessory structures. Whether you can rent them depends on your local zoning. We can advise during the consultation — many of our clients in unincorporated LA County have done exactly this.
We offer pier-and-beam foundations (preferred for speed and minimal site disruption) or poured concrete slabs, depending on your lot conditions. We assess your site during the consultation and specify the right solution.
Absolutely. Interior customization — built-in shelving, partition walls, and finish upgrades — is available as an add-on. Use our configurator to pick your shell, then tell us your interior vision during the consultation.

We provide a 10-year structural warranty, 5-year weathertight warranty on the roof and envelope, and 1-year warranty on all installed equipment. All warranties are backed by Olhona LLC.
